Refund policy: all sales final

This is a digital product with instant access. You receive everything the moment you buy, so all sales are final. Before you buy, use the free lesson, the full list of what's inside, the tool descriptions and the view-only previews of the templates.

We will refund or fix only these cases

1. Accidental purchase. You ask within 24 hours of buying and have never unlocked the product.
2. Billing error. A duplicate or unauthorized charge.
3. Access failure. You cannot access the product and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report.
4. Not as described. A lesson or tool listed on the sales page is missing, or the product contains a material error that we do not correct within 7 days of your report.
5. Anything the law requires.

Requests for cases 2 to 4 must be made within 14 days of purchase, by email to support with your purchase email and a description.

Not covered

Changing your mind; not finding it useful; different expectations; not holding or pursuing a license; not reading the sales page or previews; no longer needing it.

Disputes

Please email us first. A chargeback on a delivered digital product outside cases 1 to 4 will be contested using our checkout-acceptance and access records. Refunded purchases lose access. We may, at our sole discretion, make an exception; doing so does not change this policy.
